But there is one big problem: the same problem that most brilliant and experienced people have, she has ZERO presence.

I Googled her and only found her a sparsely populated LinkedIn page and her face on the company website where all the employees are mentioned. Nothing else.

I was so irritated, I shook my head as I thought, "WOW! Not another brilliant person hiding in the shadows"

The frustrating part is that this is probably your story too.

Not because you don't think it matters. Because you have absolutely no idea where to start. The Internet gurus are telling you to buy cameras and work on your hooks, and honestly, that is terrible advice for a professional. You don't have the time to set up a ring light and perform for the camera.

Honestly, you shouldn't have to make time for it. You didn't get this far by learning to write LinkedIn posts. You got here by being excellent at the actual work.

But here's the truth nobody's told you plainly enough:

This way we know exactly what to do and what we have to work with.

Week 2 — WorkSession #1 (90 min). This is where we build. Personal coaching on what content to create and how to create it, built to grow your confidence and get you past the fear of being seen. Here we find your cadence, your unique flow so that it's easy and natural. You walk away with personalised scripts — so you never freeze at a blank page again. We'll figure out your own branding colours, fonts, and visual elements, so you look like yourself, polished, without needing a designer or an entire filming team. You can post something credible that week. Not "once you've figured it out."

Weeks 3 & 4 — 15-Minute Check-Ins. You implement. I watch, and I correct in real time. This is where most people quietly disappear after a burst of initial motivation. You won't, because I'm checking in on you personally, every week, without fail. I can only take 5 people, so you'll have a special day of the week dedicated to you.

Week 5 — PowerSession #2 (90 min). Now we build your personalised strategy, not a generic template. You want someone to look at your profile and your goals and tell you what to do, I'll be that person for you. Then I'll walk you through it: what to post, where to post it, and how to turn it into a powerful presence. Most importantly, this has to fit into a routine that fits into your real life. Not an idealised plan you'll quietly abandon by week 3.

Weeks 6, 7 & 8 — 15-Minute Check-Ins. You implement, we review, and we sharpen. By week 8, you don't walk away with advice you learned once and hoped would stick. You walk away with a working system, real published content, a brand kit, and a strategy already proven against your own results. You'll have a clear picture of how you continue growing it beyond our 8 weeks.

You are not becoming a content creator. You're becoming the person your industry needs to see.
